- 1 / 5By Lynn UrquhartWe had a party of 4 last week, and 3 meals came out after a lengthy wait. Mine did not. I thought she couldn't carry them all, so would be right back with my plate. After about 8-10 min, our waitress noticed I had no food and said she'd check on it. Came back and said my order was never prepared, so they were starting it and it would be out shortly. After another 4-5 min, she came out w my food, but everyone else had finished eating at the point when she had told me it was being started. I just got the food to go, but steak is not the best reheated so it went in the trash. She never offered to discount meal, barely said "sorry about that". I should have asked for manager, but my daughter was not feeling well, so I just wanted to leave. We go there frequently, but I think it'll be a while before we go back, if ever.March 27, 2017
